At Hush Puppies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren’t a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
